I saw this recipe about 6 months ago and have been needing an excuse to make it. I decided my sister's 32nd birthday was the reason I had been waiting for. I was so excited to give it a try. I love chocolate cake. I love chocolate mousse. I love chocolate ganache. I love tofee. See why I needed an excuse for this one? lol. I was a little worried as I had never made mousse from scratch but the directions promised it was easy and easy it was! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it all came together. I decided to make 4 layers instead of the the two the original recipe had. (Something I've always wanted to try!) The only suggestion I have is to make it the day before you want to serve it. P.S. I'm sure I could have taken a better picture of it but I didn't think about it until we had already started eating. :-(
